I, like many young children, grew up playing Air Hockey at small arcades. I've talked on here before about my love for Nok Hockey. Here we have an interesting documentary full of some crazy characters covering the world's best Air Hockey players.
There is now a World Cup for table soccer (aka Foosball) and table tennis (aka Ping Pong) is now an Olympic sport. It really is interesting that high profile Air Hockey isn't more of a thing. Maybe in the future this will change.
